Write to [email protected] about anything to do with a product or a purchase. Name the product and its version; for a bug, add the rough size and format of the file and what you saw.

[email protected] is for security problems only. That mailbox is checked through the day, and the security policy says what to send and how fast we answer.

Each JetBrains plugin ends its Help menu with an issue reporter that shows the full text before anything is sent. Bugs and requests for any of the products can also be filed on the issues page of the Lens repository.
